Confirm the proposed visit.

The receiving contractor confirms job acceptance, an appointment window and any assessment charge. Ask who will attend and who needs to authorize work.

Read the work agreement.

Discuss which rooms and surfaces are included, the charges and payment terms. Ask how additional areas or separate equipment would be approved.

Keep the next decision clear.

After pickup, ask what remains to be assessed, who receives the findings and whether another visit is proposed. Keep approved changes with the original scope.
